Organic Bread Bar is a beautiful bakery in the heart of Sydney under the helm of Head Baker, Andreas Rost.
Andreas uses his 20 years of international bakery experience to create the most nutrient dense bread and bakery products possible.
His organic sourdough starter is the basis for all of Organic Bread Bar’s production, where the slowest fermentation method is employed to ensure you get the most nourishment out of every bite.

The full range is available daily in our retail bakery, 7 days a week. We also serve coffee and lunch options including Sandwiches, Foccacia and Sausage Rolls (takeaway only).
